Hi, I’m Kristen. I focus on untangling the “messy middle” in evolving organizations through my work as a coach, facilitator, and consultant. My past roles have included software engineer, manager, team lead, Scrum Master, technical program manager, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, and (unofficially) Queen of Snark.
I’m continuously learning, growing, and sharing with others. This site is one way in which I aim to continue to do that. I also love contributing to the agile community through meetups, conference talks, and a variety of open space offerings and Slack workspaces.
Also, let’s be honest, my penchant for stickies and Sharpies is real, and retrospectives are my favorite! I love drinking coffee, writing, traveling, playing volleyball, and spending time with my family.
My latest adventures include working at AgileXtended, sending a kid off to college, and growing a Meyer lemon tree.
